This collection features 18 versions across all 7 arcade titles in the series, including the first-ever appearance of Gradius III AM Show Version on home consoles.
A variety of helpful new features have been added to the games, including save states, a rewind feature, and Invincible Mode. The new Training Mode lets you adjust settings like restart points, loop counts, and power-up statuses to help hone your skills to perfection. There’s also a gallery feature that includes music from the game, a variety of images from each title, and much, much more!

Game Features
- Quick Save & Quick Load – Save and load your game data at any time during gameplay.
- Rewind – Rewind the gameplay anytime, anywhere.
- Assisted Mode – In this mode, your ship’s hitbox in the collision detection system is smaller than usual, making the game easier.
- Invincibility Mode – In this mode, your ship becomes immune to enemy fire – only the number of hits taken is tracked.
- Training Mode – Sharpen your skills by adjusting parameters such as restart points, number of loops, and bonus statuses. (*This mode is only available in select versions of the games.)
- Online Rankings – Submit your score to the leaderboard after finishing the game. Achieve the highest rank to upload your gameplay replay along with your score.
- Audio Gallery – Listen to the original soundtrack from each game, as well as arrangements from previously released CD albums.
- Image Gallery – Browse original game manuals and development resources.
- Gradius Guidebook – Review your stats and explore enemy character galleries from each original game.
- You can also adjust a variety of settings in each game’s menu, including arcade board DIP switches, screen filters, and even enable the recreation of bugs from the original versions.
